As I sat in the lake Winnipeg and I saw a sailboat, it reminds me of the Olympics is happening. Now, I am not the observer general TV, and I do not read newspapers as a whole lot, but I've seen many news reports and spit in the Olympics, for several days.

One of the particular broadcast, and one particular article caught my attention. News reflects a young girl who sang at the opening ceremony. They criticize that the girl and the sound does not one and the same-which actually belonged to another little girl's voice. But because the singer's physical appearance they choose to present to the world of someone who is more physically attractive.

In Another note, but along the same theme of a newspaper report that the wall has been established in certain areas of Beijing under the guise of wall space for advertising. But in reality This wall is meant to hide some of the poverty and the less profitable. With both these incidents there were many criticisms of the Chinese people and Beijing.

I must stop and ask yourself - Is the mirror here? What lessons should be learned?

I think the situation in Beijing was notable for the amount of Olympics and the eyes of the world stopped for a rest in this city.

Yet how many of us - in fact if you ever change your appearance, or what you will say that approved? Maybe you do not express yourself completely in some situations for fear that it will not put you in the best light. How many of us worry about what other people think and therefore not true to ourselves or not genuine?

I for one think that not being true to yourself, do not authenticity is as much a crime as something that has been done these people. The same is also acting only on a smaller scale - on a scale that may be your only notice. This world situation allows us to examine what happens in our own lives.

So my question to you today is: Where do you wear a mask in Your life? Does your family, your family, maybe in your social settings or with your colleagues?

How you can start more appropriate for themselves, because by being more appropriate for yourself, you will begin to feel happier. Know that you have greatness in and you only need to remember that.
