We are mostly an online mail order company where we accept major credit card payments from clients through paypal. Once we receive the payments, we usually ship the order out within 1-2 business days if order is placed between Monday-Friday. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, then we process the order on the following Monday.
We provide two shipping options for our customers:
1. U.S. Priority Mail: This takes about 2-4 business days for most domestic destinations and costs $8.00
2. Express Overnight: This takes about 1 business day for most domestic destinations and costs $20.00
Delivery on both shipping options is between Monday-Saturday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders placed Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed on the following Monday.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ON RETURNS:
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCT ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Due to Federal Regulations the return of human hair products that have been used in any way, shape or form is strictly prohibited and for this reason our company does NOT accept any returns on hair that has been used or altered.
In the even that a customer recieves an incorrect product we will accept a return of the product only if it has not been used or altered and is its original packaging with all tags included and is resalable.
In an effort to maintain a good working relationship with our customers we strongly advise that our customers make their inquiries before making a purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns and we will work diligently to come to an agreeable end or issue you a store credit in place of a refund.
